HOLIDAZE’d: New Year’s Eve

“Write it on your heart that every day is the best day in the year.”  — Ralph Waldo Emerson

New Year’s Eve is one of my favorite holidays.

It’s the time of new beginnings, starting over, learning new things, and cherishing the old ones. It’s also another excuse to spend time with loved ones. New Year’s Eve is also the end of the winter holiday season – so why not usher it out (and 2015!) with a bang!

Champagne Punch Bellini ]

Dress up and put a twist on everyone’s favorite celebration drink. I love the fizzy happiness of champagne and this fun mix only makes it even better.

Nordstrom Sequin Leggings ]

I love sequin leggings. I bought myself a pair for last year’s holiday season and they’re such a great addition to my wardrobe. Pair it with a cozy looking sweater and some hot black pumps. I also love sequin leggings in the champagne color – in fact, I’m looking into adding onto my collection. How would you style this little number?

Mason Jar Cheese Tasting Tray ]

Because you always need a lil snack to go with your cheese. Celebrate in style with this cool mason jar set up. Not only will you get an assorted amount of cheese, but you can also mark what cheeses go best with what wines. Here’s some help for all of you die hard winos who love a good bloomy cheese.

Gold Sequin Blazer ]

With this cute little number, you’ll be the first noticed when you walk in the room. While this blazer is to die for, keep the rest of the outfit simple with black skinniestop, and booties. This outfit will be sure to sparkle up everyone’s night.

DIY Confetti Poppers ]

Because who doesn’t love confetti at the stroke of midnight? And how cool is this do it yourself?! I would love to put glitter into the mix to add a little bit more to the NYE aesthetic. What do you think?

This year, I’m spending New Year’s Eve with my boyfriend for the first time. We don’t have too exciting of plans yet, but I can’t wait to make new traditions with him and write down our resolutions for the year to come.

What are your plans? What is your favorite thing to do on New Year’s Eve? Do you do anything fun for the First Day of the New Year?

Until next time – stay curious!
