[ facts on agate ]

Agate is just about everywhere right now. The natural, vibrant colors of these pieces are great accents to both the home and fashion.

Agate is a stone of strength. It was used by the Ancients on the breastplates of armor to give warriors strength and make them victorious in battle.

Agate also enhances creativity and strengthens the intellect, making it a beneficial stone for both students and artists. It is also known as a good luck stone.

Not only is agate symbolically beneficial, but it’s beyond gorgeous and I can’t wait to incorporate it into my style!

[ DIY Agate Coasters ]

I LOVE the look of agate coasters, but who wants to pay Anthropologie’s price tag, especially when balling on budget? This is a great DIY I plan on trying out in my spare time. These deep purple agate will look great on white or black furniture!

[ Agate Necklaces ]

I’m in love with these necklaces by this Etsy company. There’s such a variety of colors and styles to choose from. The jewelry actually reminds me a lot of the popular Kendra Scott line, but for a fraction of the price!

Make the room smell good and hide the evidence! The bouncing light off these geodes is gorgeous and I’m sure they would cast a beautiful color and ambience around the room. Such a great addition to a minimalist settingg!

[ Agate Bookends ]

This is a great addition to your coffee table books. Although a bit on the pricier side, I love the variety of colors to choose from with this. The textured roughness of the agate really complements the books. This look would be great for shelves in an office or even a bedroom!

[ Druzy Ring ]

What I love about this is the carved teardrop accent in the ring. The neutral agate adds femininity, but what’s great is this piece could really mingle with anything. Would love to add this to my collection!

What do you think of this stone popping up all over the place? How do you plan on incorporating it into your decor?

Until next time – stay curious!
